We will provide the Laminated Graph and Digital Data with an electronic signature by using Yokogawa specially designed software. We will also perform the Worst Case Study (i.e. Door opening and closing and Power Failure study) of an Equipment’s. During the Autoclave Validation we will provide the F0 values with the Laminated Graph and Digital Data which is electronically Signed. At the time of Sterilizing Tunnel, Depyrogenating Tunnel, DHS, etc. we will provide the FH Value with the Laminated Graph and Digital Data which is electronically Signed. We are performing the Validation of IV Fluid Autoclave also.

All Equipment’s validated by using 21 CFR part 11 Compliance system as below:

“S-Tech Services” will perform Temperature mapping of all types Warehouses, Rooms, Areas, etc. We will provide the specially the Hot and Cold spot for mapping areas, Power Failure Study which is the requirement of guidelines. We will follow the Guidelines for Temperature mapping. as per requirements of customer’s WHO, PDA, HTM, SHTM, etc

As per FDA regulation PLC validation must be required. Software is constantly evolving to keep up with the increasingly complex needs of the people that use it; therefore validation is first priority. We produce the evidence that computer systems are correct for their purpose and operating properly represents a good business practice. S-Tech Services” will conduct PLC Validation of all types PLC and SCADA. We will conduct maximum and minimum inputs and outputs during validation. During validation we will undertakes the Risk Assessment also. Computer systems validation includes validation of both new and existing computer systems. Documentation that verifies each validation activity must be generated and stored with as per validation protocol in the appropriate archival Validation documentation include Test data Summary reports Procedures Certification forms produced during the validation process
